Meet StateZect
StateZect is a local-first personal ProZect state tracker. It keeps the latest truth, History, Needs, one authoritative Next and Guardrails together so you can see where a ProZect actually stands and what deserves attention next.
One clear state model
- Current state. Keep lifecycle, attention, stage and the current situation together as the latest truth for each ProZect.
- History with hygiene. Durable updates support correction, removed-entry recovery and history hygiene rather than silently rewriting the past.
- Needs + one authoritative Next. Track lightweight Needs while keeping one clear Next item authoritative instead of building an oversized task manager.
- Guardrails. Protect important decisions, constraints and explicit gates so they stay visible while the ProZect evolves.
Briefs and structured handoff
- Quick and Full ProZect Briefs. Generate concise or fuller summaries from the current local data when you need to re-orient or hand context elsewhere.
- Update and Bootstrap packets. Provider-neutral structured packets can bring work back into StateZect, with validation and Preview before any mutation.
- Optional presets, common model. Software, General, Writing, Making / Workshop, Film / Video and Research presets adapt the same underlying ProZect model without fragmenting it.
Local data, explicit safety
- Full Backup for recovery. A Full Backup is the full-database recovery path; restoring it deliberately replaces local StateZect data.
- ProZect Pack for non-destructive interchange. ProZect Packs merge selected portfolio data without deleting local records, with newer records winning where applicable.
- Archive before delete. Archive-before-delete and strong destructive confirmations are part of the normal safety model.
- No account or built-in telemetry. StateZect has no account system, cloud database, analytics SDK or built-in telemetry. ProZects and personal state live in browser storage on your device.
Nine themes, offline-capable PWA
StateZect includes Day, Night, OLED, Dusk, Ocean, Forest, Ember, Plum and Sand themes, with Night as the default. It is an installable static PWA with no application build step and can work from local browser storage offline after the shell is available.

StateZect v1.0 is available at statezect.nivareq.app. Its public open-source repository is maintained under the NivareQ organization on GitHub.
